The estate tax

If you eliminate the $20 billion or so raised by the estate tax, you’ve got to make the money up by taxing everybody else somehow. It’s amazing how the American population will fight for the families of those few thousand people who pay large estate taxes and for the whole rest of the country to pay for it out of their pockets.
